This Privacy Notice describes how IWARY HOLDING LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, collects, stores, uses and shares your personal information when you use our website www.iwaryholding.com, our back-office platform, mobile applications, or contact us. We collect information you voluntarily provide: names, email addresses, phone numbers (including mobile numbers), mailing addresses, usernames, passwords, contact preferences, and billing information (card numbers and billing addresses processed by our payment provider). We do not collect sensitive personal information.
To provide and administer our back-office services; to send service-related SMS and email notifications (reports ready, payment reminders, task notices); to respond to inquiries and provide support; to fulfill orders and manage billing; for security and fraud prevention; and to comply with legal obligations. We process information only with a valid legal basis, including your consent where required.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

We offer features powered by artificial intelligence ("AI Products"), including AI automation, provided through third-party AI service providers including Alibaba Cloud AI. Your inputs, outputs and personal information are processed by these providers solely to enable your use of the AI Products, in line with this Privacy Notice and our contractual safeguards. You must not use the AI Products in violation of the AI service providers' terms.
We may share information with: service providers under written contract (hosting, payments, messaging, customer support); our affiliates (parent, subsidiaries and companies under common control) who must honor this Notice; and in connection with a merger, sale of assets or acquisition. We do not sell personal information. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months.
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, and no longer than 2 years unless a longer period is required by law (tax, accounting, legal). When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it securely.
We implement appropriate organizational and technical security measures (access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege access). No system is 100% secure; transmission of data is at your own risk. Access our Services only from secure environments.
