IWARY HOLDING LLC ("IWARY") provides back-office platform services (ERP, billing, reporting, automation) and related SMS/email notifications to business clients under a signed service agreement or portal subscription. Use of our website www.iwaryholding.com and Services is governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Clients consent to receive transactional SMS notifications (report-ready alerts, payment reminders, task-completion notices) by: (a) checking a mandatory, unchecked-by-default checkbox during portal onboarding at www.iwaryholding.com, and/or (b) signing a service agreement containing an SMS consent clause with the client's mobile number, signature and date. No messages are sent before consent is recorded. Consent records are stored and available upon request.
Estimated frequency: 2-6 messages per recipient per month, with peaks during month-end reporting. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.
Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages (a one-time confirmation will be sent). Reply HELP or email yesh@iwaryholding.com for assistance. Withdrawing SMS consent does not affect other contracted Services.
You agree to provide accurate data, keep credentials confidential, use the Services lawfully, and not attempt to access systems or data without authorization. You are responsible for activities under your account.
AI-powered features may produce outputs that require human review. IWARY is not liable for decisions made solely on unreviewed AI outputs. You must not upload unlawful or third-party-infringing content.
Fees are stated in your service agreement or subscription plan. Invoices are payable per the agreed terms. Late payments may suspend Services after notice.
Services are provided "as available". IWARY is not liable for carrier delays or failures of SMS/email delivery outside its control, nor for indirect damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms; continued use after notice of material changes constitutes acceptance.
